How Can I See the Participants' Pre-Call Tests' Results as a Recruiter?

It is important to ensure that participants complete a pre-call test before joining the session.

The pre-call test is a brief system check for participants to ensure their systems are compatible with the Brainstork session. Participants can complete the test by using the session link at least 30 minutes before the session starts.

If the session is scheduled to start within 30 minutes or is already in progress, the session link can be sent. However, this time the link will direct participants to join the session directly instead of the pre-call test.

Once the session is created, managers, moderators, and recruiters can send the invitation link to participants.

The pre-call test will be initiated automatically if participants click the link 30 minutes before the session starts.

You can share this article with participants to guide them through the pre-call test process. Once they receive the invitation link, they can follow the steps outlined in the article to start the test.

Successful Test Result:

As a recruiter, you can view the participant's name, pre-call test results, and starting time by clicking the "Participants" button.

If a participant successfully completes the test, you will see a green tick next to their name.

Failed Test Result:

If the participant encounters an error or is unable to complete the test, you will see a red cross next to their name.

Due to the test's failure, please reach out to the participant to discuss the issue's reason and seek a solution.
