When participants join a session using a mobile phone or tablet, they are unable to share their screens. In such situations, moderators or co-moderators must request that the participant use mobile sharing instead of screen sharing.

To Send Mobile Screen Share Request:

1. Go to the "People" tab.
2. Click on the three dots next to the participant's name.
3. Select "Request Mobile Share".

Participant's View:
4. The participant will see an invitation window with a QR code and invitation code. They should follow the instructions in this article to begin sharing their mobile screen.

5. You'll be able to see their mobile screen once they start sharing it.
