To add participants to your WhatsApp project you can either import via Excel (.csv, .xls, .xlsx) or add manually via the “Add Participant” button.

If you choose to upload participants via Excel, your file must include at least three required columns: Name, Phone, and Language (EN, DE, NL).

You can use these exact column headers or their accepted alternatives, which are listed on the Import Participants pop-up window.

To enhance your project and enable more advanced filtering, you can also include optional fields such as: Age, Sex, Country, Job Title, Status, etc.

Important notes:

1. Custom fields must be included during the initial import.

You won’t be able to add new fields like Age or Country through the platform after the import is complete.

2. Phone numbers are protected.

Only the user who added the participant (Manager, Project Manager, or Recruiter) can view that participant’s phone number.

This is a privacy feature to help protect personal data.
