If your computer has more than one option to export audio, it may not use the option you want. You can change the settings by following these steps.
1- Find the sound icon.
You can see the icon bottom-right corner of your PC's screen.
2- Right-click on the sound icon and select "Open Sound settings".
3- Click "Sound Control Panel",
It is located on the right of the screen.
